Gathered from avocado orchards in bloom, this is a dark amber honey with a rich, buttery taste and notes of molasses and caramel. It doesn't taste like avocado; it tastes like a deeper, rounder honey.
How to use it: bake with it, spoon it into coffee, glaze roasted vegetables, or pair it with aged cheddar and blue cheese.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
