Raw Eucalyptus Honey
Gathered where eucalyptus trees bloom. It's medium to dark amber with a bold, herbal flavor and a faint cooling note on the finish.
How to use it: pair it with strong cheeses, add it to marinades and dressings, or stir it into hot tea.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
Sizes: 1 lb jar, 3 lb jar and 12 oz honey bear.
