Raw Sage Honey
One of the lightest, mildest honeys you can buy. It pours pale gold, tastes clean and gently floral with a soft herbal finish, and stays liquid longer than most raw honeys.
How to use it: stir it into tea without masking the leaves, drizzle it over biscuits, yogurt or fruit, or use it anywhere you want sweetness without a strong honey flavor.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
Good to know: sage honey depends on winter rain, so each year's harvest is limited and can vary in color and flavor.
