Made from the nectar of the cardón cactus (Pachycereus pringlei), which blooms in spring. It's nearly white, thick and creamy, with a mild, delicate sweetness.
How to use it: spread it on bread, stir it into tea, or serve it with fresh fruit and soft cheeses.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
Good to know: cactus honey is a rare varietal with a short bloom season.
