Collected from the mixed wildflowers of Brazil, including capixingui blossoms. It's amber, fragrant and fruity, with a lively sweetness and a slightly tangy finish.
How to use it: try it in tea, on fresh fruit and granola, or as a glaze for chicken and pork.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
