Raw Buckwheat Honey
Our boldest honey. It's very dark, almost black in the jar, with a malty, molasses-like flavor that's less sweet than lighter honeys.
How to use it: bake gingerbread, rye bread and dark cakes with it, stir it into strong coffee or black tea, or use it in marinades and glazes.
Raw and unfiltered: never pasteurized, so it keeps the natural aroma and character of the flowers it came from.
Sizes: 1 lb jar, 3 lb jar and 12 oz honey bear.
