Topanga Quality Honey BBQ Sauce Ribs Recipe

If you're a fan of finger-licking, succulent ribs with a tangy and slightly sweet flavor, then you're in for a treat!
In this post, I'll share with you a mouthwatering recipe featuring Topanga Quality Honey BBQ Sauce Ribs.
This recipe will leave your taste buds craving for more with its delectable combination of flavors and tender meat.
Ingredients:
2 racks of baby back ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Alternatively, you can use an oven set to 325°F (165°C)
Prepare the rib racks by removing the membrane on the bone side. This will help the flavors penetrate the meat and make it more tender.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. This will be your dry rub.
Sprinkle the dry rub generously over both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat to ensure it sticks.
Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.
During the last 15 minutes of cooking, generously brush the Topanga Quality Honey BBQ Sauce on both sides of the ribs. This will give them a beautiful glaze and enhance the flavor.
Remove the ribs from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, making the meat even more tender.
Cut the racks into individual ribs and serve them hot with extra Topanga Quality Honey BBQ Sauce on the side for dipping.
These Topanga Quality Honey BBQ Sauce Ribs are perfect for a backyard barbecue or a cozy family dinner ✨
Your friends and family will be impressed 🫰with your culinary skills, and your taste buds will thank you for the explosion of flavors.
Enjoy!
