Cooking coffee with honey and garlic.
Step by step preparation of drinks:
Pour crushed coffee beans into the Turk, pour in water. Grate the tip of the garlic clove into it.
Put the Turk on a slow fire.
When a high foam rises, remove the cezve from the fire, and after a few seconds put it back on the stove.
Repeat brewing 2 more times.
Cool the coffee to a temperature of 40 degrees, strain, add a spoonful of honey and drink.
