Frequently asked questions
Is your clover honey raw?
Yes. It's raw and unfiltered, never pasteurized. It's also organic and kosher.
Does clover honey crystallize?
Fairly quickly compared with other honeys, often into a smooth, spreadable texture. Warm the jar in warm water to make it liquid again. Crystallization is natural and doesn't mean the honey has spoiled.
Is raw clover honey different from supermarket clover honey?
Yes. Most supermarket honey is heated and finely filtered. Raw honey is never pasteurized, so it keeps more of its natural aroma and flavor.
What sizes do you sell?
