Honey exactly as the bees made it, still sealed in its beeswax comb. Cut a piece, and the honey runs out of the cells; the wax is soft and chewable.
How to use it: set it on a cheese board with brie, goat cheese or aged cheddar, put a slice on warm toast or pancakes, or chew a small piece on its own.
